Chris James Cellars is a family owned and operated vineyard and winery that produces unique and interesting wines in Carlton, Oregon. First planted in 2012, the vineyard has expanded to 25 acres with 16 different varietals. They offer hand-crafted lots of Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurztraminer, Riesling, Dolcetto, Lagrein, Barbera, Cabernet Franc, and more. Visitors can taste at the Estate Tasting Room in Carlton, which offers scenic vineyard views (open seasonally Friday-Sunday), or at their year-round tasting room in downtown McMinnville.
