Gallery Theater is led by a dedicated Board of Directors and operational staff. The leadership includes President Cassidy Weisz, Past President Wayne Bailey, President Elect Debbie Harmon Ferry, Secretary Meridith Symons, and Treasurer Grant Stephens, alongside Theater Manager Jared Richard.

Gallery Kids Theater Camp
A week-long theater camp for kids and teens. Footlighters (ages 7-11) focus on dance, improv, and rehearsals, while Spotlighters (ages 12+) participate in advanced workshops. Includes a Friday night main stage performance.

- What are the age groups for the Gallery Kids Theater Camp?
- The camp offers two sections: Footlighters for children ages 7 to 11 (who have completed at least first grade) and Spotlighters for middle and high school students ages 12 and up.
- Do camp participants get to perform on stage?
- Yes, both camp groups participate in a Friday night performance on the main stage to showcase what they learned during the week.
- What is the cancellation and refund policy for the camp?
- Cancellations received less than one week before the first day of camp will not be refunded. Cancellations received more than one week prior will be refunded minus a $10 processing fee.
- How do cast members redeem their complimentary ticket voucher?
- Cast members can redeem their comp voucher for themselves or pass it to another patron by calling the box office at 503-472-2227 or visiting in person. The physical voucher must be presented to the box office to complete redemption.
- Are cast members in costume allowed in public areas before a performance?
- No, cast members in costume are not permitted in the lobby, courtyard, or other public areas one hour prior to or during performances.
- What is the seating policy for main stage and arena theater performances?
- All main stage seating is assigned. Arena theater opens 30 minutes prior to show time. Members are seated first, and remaining seats are first come, first served.
- Can I bring young children to the performances?
- No children under the age of 5 (including babies in arms) will be admitted to any performance unless the show is designated as 'for all ages.' All persons entering the theater must pay for and sit in their own seat; lap sitting is not allowed.
- Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?
- No, all sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
- How do I purchase discounted tickets like Arts 4 All or Student Rush?
- All discount offers are not available online and must be purchased directly through the box office.
- How can I arrange for accessible seating?
- For accessible seating, please call the box office at 503-472-2227 to make arrangements.
