TopWire Hop Project
A unique beer garden by Crosby Hop Farm outside Woodburn, Oregon, surrounded by rows of Centennial hops and serving craft beers brewed with Crosby-grown hops.
The story
Established in 2020 by Crosby Hop Farm outside Woodburn, TopWire Hop Project is a bucolic beer garden set directly within the farm's active hop fields. The venue operates out of a converted shipping container and serves a rotating tap list of craft beers, ciders, and non-alcoholic seltzer, all brewed by Crosby clients across the country using hops grown on-site. Visitors can enjoy scenic views of the hop rows and Mount Hood from shaded seating, with food options including light snacks, occasional food carts, and delivery from Luis's Taqueria.
